Movie Time
Hello all. SNBM here again and doing well.
Today I wanted to talk about a few new movies that I got to see while on my vacation the last three weeks.
Firstly, while up at my friend's place I got to see several good movies, and (to me anyway) they were new. The first was "Letters to Juliet". This is about a couple who go on a pre-honeymoon as they both lead busy lives and wanted to celebrate their honeymoon without too much interruption. They end up spending a lot of time apart and doing their own thing. The leading lady ends helping a woman find her old love by helping these ladies who call themselves the Secretaries of Juliet. It's a romance film with a little comedy and some angst parts thrown in.
Next, and I KNOW this one isn't new at ALL, but as I stated before: to me it is new, so I got to see the original "Halloween". The only "Halloween" movie I have seen is the remake of the first one by Rob Zombie. Anyway, I actually liked the remake better than the original. The original wasn't as in depth as the remake. There were several things that were not really mentioned or left open in the original. In the remake they actually go over some of those holes and fill in with more things that are crucial to the plot or just to answer questions that may come up. "Halloween", as many of you will probably know, is a horror film with the seemingly never dying Micheal Myers as the bad guy. Both versions of the movie are definitely worth watching if you're into horror movies.
"The Collector" is next on this list of movies. This movie is very...pointless and plot-less, in my opinion. This is a torture film through and through. Personally, I don't recommend watching it if you have a weak constitution and get sick at the grotesque. Everyone should watch it and get their own feel for the movie. It's definitely something to see maybe once, but you all be the judge of that.
"House of Wax" is another one I know isn't new, but I had never seen before I watched it up there. This one is the remake of the remake of the remake, or so I've been told. The only thing I can say is that I actually liked the movie, even though it had some scenes in it that I was definitely shocked about. No, I did not watch the movie just to see Paris Hilton die either. That was a good bonus, but I was bored and had nothing better to watch. It is definitely a horror movie to own as it at least has something of a plot to it and is scary and suspenseful.
Finally, while I was up at my friend's place, I got to see a movie called "The Last Song". Despite it having Miley Cyrus in it, it was a descent movie. This movie is a romance, family, comedy, and sad film all rolled into one. It was based off of the book, but from what I understand, it didn't follow the book exactly. It is a good movie to watch with your partner or just with the family.
Well, that's all for now. I'll make a second part later that will go over the movies I got to see while in North Carolina.
Well, to all a good day, and good night.

Okay let me start off with if the original movie is older then you then it is NOT a new movie. I really hate that it seems that Hollywood has run out of ideas that they have to make remakes, of remake, of remake. Or make movie that have the same plot has other movie for example the Zombies how many different way can they tell us that the zombie is going the be after the no-zombie flash and that the only way to kill them is to dismember their brains.well i really hope you enjoy your movies that you watch.
